“used the automatic set up which worked well, the lack of buttons makes this ideal, didnot use the favourite programmes as this may be too restrictive at 25 channels, overall really good buy for dementia patient”

“This radio is fantastic. My mother is nearly blind & is 101 years old. She also has severe short term memory loss so cannot remember complicated instructions on how to operate things. We took her TV away as she couldn’t see it & the remote was frustrating her. I have set the radio to classic FM & she loves it. It had transformed her life. She is in a care home so we aren’t there 100% of the time to help. Thank you it’s a marvellous invention.”

“My father suffers from dementia and could not work tv. I installed sky so he could watch football but sky remote control was too complicated for him.. I programmed the new remote with on/off button and his favourite 20 sky channels and he can browse through them all without worrying about menus. Fantastic product which has given him back some independence and can keep him occupied throughout the day.”

“Pressure pad is fine and works well.I have one ear completely deaf and the other which is fine with a hearing aid. My wife needs my attention usually at 1am 3am and 5am! In order to get some sleep,I need to switch off my hearing aid but the pager vibration only is not enough to waken me up when my wife steps on to the pad. I have now got a pillow vibrator which is great but it vibrates with a strong flashing light and a loud alarm even on minimum, which I could do without!!”
