“The suppliers were really helpful and promptly dealt with my error when I inadvertently ordered three items instead of one. Unfortunately my mother was unable to use the clock as she was so puzzled by it having AM & PM on the display that she wouldn't attempt to use it. She is exceptionally resistant to trying any form of electronic device. My advice to another buyer would be buy this before you think your relative really needs it and get them "acclimatized" to it early. The display was clear and setting it up was straightforward.”

“Bought for a lady with Alzheimer’s, she can still read the time but cannot interpret what it means, so it has be set simply to the ‘it is now... ‘ setting. She likes it very much. My only negative is that I would like it to be adjustable for the night time screen to be a little later in the morning, say to 6.00am or 7.00am. But it is nice and clear and easy to set up.”
