Well what can I say , my dad has named his dog moggy and he loves it. Moggy makes him happy and I never thought he would take to him but he has.. mum said he takes moggy everywhere and talks to him which gives her a break too. Dad has suffered dementia for about 8 years now

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with the product they've purchased. We do mention on our product page that this cup holds approximately 250ml of liquids. The cup is designed to be light and easy to hold for those struggling to grasp ordinary mugs. However, we do appreciate that not all of our products will always be suitable for our customers and that's why we do have a 30 day no hassle returns policy.

It has a good clear view of the day and whether it is morning, afternoon, evening and night. The display is excellent and very simple to set up plus a quick change of screen to day,date and time. Our day clock is in the kitchen and the screen is easily visible from the lounge and it automatically dims at night.

Best thing I've ever bought. My dad was taking extra tablets from his blister pack as forgetting he already taken. This machine delivers his meds with an alarm. If he sleeps in it flashes and once tips up to receive dose it knows he's had them. Amazing. Highly recommended for anyone worried about their forgetful relative taking their meds.
