We're sorry that our customer’s order was delayed. Unfortunately, there was a delay with the stock arriving from the manufacturers. We informed our customer that their order would be dispatched by 16 February. It was dispatched on 11 February and delivered on 12 February.

We’re sorry to hear that our customer is disappointed that the clock text did not change to Red at night. This clock does not have an ‘Impaired Vision Mode’. We do try to make this clear on the product page description and under the specifications table. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy.
