“Really disappointed with the Relish DAB radio, despite being advised to reset it which is a minute hole which you need a phone key or similar to use, it will not pick up any radio stations, not DAB or FM, very expensive for what it is and doesn't work.”

“Great product but you do need to follow the YouTube instructions to set it up. The leaflet provided is not detailed enough. It is easy with the YouTube clip and works well. I have hidden the other remotes and Mum now manages to scroll forward and back to her find her programs quite easily. Well worth the money for my peace of mind and it has stopped confused phone calls in the evening.”

“It was a very nice Teddy but I returned it as it wasn’t going to be quite right for my mother as I was worried she would pull the wires out. Nothing wrong with the product, just not for me. Very easy to return and fast refund”

“It was easy to link to the TV (which surprised me as it’s quite an old TV). My mum can use it to turn it on and off and is just grasping what the other buttons do (she has quite advanced Alzheimer’s). I like the fact the other buttons are hidden as she has no idea they’re there!”
