We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. Unfortunately, none of the Petzzz come with an on/off switch. The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy. We've contacted our customer with instructions for returning their pet for a refund.
