“The Doro phone,while perfect for the user,was extremely tricky to set up”

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up this product. Our customer received some technical support directly from the manufacturer and it appears that the product is faulty. We've arranged for a free return and full refund (as requested by the customer) along with our apologies that the product didn't work on this occasion

“My mum has dementia, so this is why I purchased the items from this site. I guess the condition affects different people in different ways, but a common factor must be a loss of cognitive ability, dexterity and site. Many of the gifts here are nostalgia items designed to stimulate memory. Some appear to be recreations of actual games from years gone by, but the problem is they weren't originally designed for people with dementia, they were made as children's games.”

“A jolly good idea to help my dementia suffering husband. However, just a few days into use the spiral wire holding the pages became detached and arthritic fingers will not allow me to rewind it! However we will manage. Speed of delivery was excellent and will keep company on my list for future reference”
