“There was a misunderstanding with the company as I had asked for a reminder to be sent. The reminder did not arrive. When I rang to order a replacement the operator was very pleasant , she assured me that this reminder would be organised and she offered me a discount as an apology. I was impressed with this service and am now waiting for my reminder next March !”

“This is an excellent company to deal with. I ordered a product and received it the following day on a standard rate delivery. The only time I had a problem was when the product size was temporarily not available, and they sent me a complimentary small size of the product until they had the necessary replacement. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase from them.”
