“Always reliable, well packaged and speedy delivery. I have ordered filters every year and have always had a good experience, both with the delivery of the order and more personally when I have called with questions or advice related to the products. Staff are knowledgable and more than willing to help, recommended.”

“I expected to get the product the next day but I had to wait for one more day. And if I could know the delivery time, even if it is not very accurate, it would be good.”

Dear Eun L., I am sorry to hear that your product did not arrive when you expected it to. Your order was placed just before 4pm which is unfortunately past our dispatch cut off time. The courier companies come and collect orders from our warehouses in the afternoon, and we unfortunately need a bit of time to pick, pack and check the order before it can be collected. Orders placed after the cut off time are still dispatched with free express shipping, but are collected the following working day for delivery on the subsequent working day. We do offer Same Day delivery services if you contact us directly. Prices for Same Day delivery, however, are dependent on location and can sometimes be quite costly. I am sorry to hear that the delivery company did not notify you of a one hour delivery time window. This should not have been the case, and I will investigate that for you. “This company is very fast and efficient. I ordered this time on-line, did not have to pay postage, and the product came by post the following morning. The product was well packed and arrived with the invoice. I shall continue to use the site in the future. The ordering process was also easy to follow.”

“Needed a new filter for my Blu-air 400 in a hurry. Ordered late Tuesday evening, was dispatched Wednesday (with free delivery) and arrived on Thursday. Couldn't have asked for more. Only negative is Blu-air's exorbitant prices for replacement filters. But that's not Allergy Cosmos' fault, and they are the cheapest place I've found.”

“With ten cats at home and five very large, very dusty litter trays, I recently asked for help in my pet forum. A friend recommended this air purifier and it has made a huge difference. It's living in the study where I spend a lot of time and which I have to share with two of the trays. The furniture stays much cleaner and the air is definitely better to breathe. I am now happy to continue scanning my collection of film and slides - something I stopped some time ago because of all the dust. We are already talking about getting another unit for the dining room (two more trays), as the dust floats into the kitchen, coating the Aga. I don't mind doing housework, but not when you are back to square one within a few hours. The purifier has made me much happier.”
