Replacement filter ordered the Sunday before Christmas, standard delivery, so was not expecting it to arrive before Chrostmas. Pleasantly surprised when it arrived on Tuesday.

I was buying Blueair Replacement SmartFilter for HealthProtect 7400 Series. Easy site to navigate, speedy delivery. Well packed. The only negative was Parcelforce's failure to deliver during the half day time-slot promised, wasting my day (I waited in specially). The tracking app has meanwhile been downgraded to useless; redelivery information is pretty well non-existent (not even cards left anymore) and it is now impossible to contact the company to find out what an earth is going on, all compounded by confusion between conflicting Parcel Force and Royal Mail communications. But not the fault of Allergy Cosmos or BlueAir. Just a poor choice of courier by Allergy Cosmos, damaging to their own business reputation. Since the takeover of Royal Mail by Kretinsky 5 months ago, the company's parcel delivery service has gone from top notch to worse than Evri. Probably a record for post-takeover service deterioration. Another classic, successfully run, public service destroyed by batty privatisation. Courier choice is important these days, to protect business reputations. Chose a reliable one. Poor delivery experiences alienate customers. I will not buy from Allergy Cosmos again as long as they rely on Parcel Force for delivery. Sad.

Product very good but issue with delivery by Royal Mail. Only received email saying delivery that day on the Saturday and I was away for the weekend looking after grandchildren. Changed my delivery option for parcel to be left in my shed which was unlocked. Received confirmation that this would happen and then an email to say parcel had been delivered and left in my safe place ie the shed. When I returned on Sunday evening the parcel was on the floor outside my front door and the cardboard packaging was soaking wet. Fortunately the inner cellophane had kept it dry and it is now on my appliance. Very easy to replace filter.

Excellent service. Next day delivery. I had a problem fitting the filter and contacted Allergy Cosmos by phone about. I spoke with Jayson, who was very helpful, and sent me more information by email. There is a long story attached to this, so I will try to be brief. I purchased some Acaril from another site at a cost of £34 plus postage. It took forever to arrive and when it did, it was in a flimsy envelope which had not protected the bottle. As a result three quarters of the bottle was in the envelope and the plastic dosing cup had split. I did get a refund, but I still wanted the product, so I searched again as it is not easy to get hold of. I came across Allergy Cosmos and, after my previous experience, felt a little sceptical, even more so as the cost of the exact same item was £18! After a lot of soul-searching and reading reviews, I decided to go for it - and I am very pleased I did. It arrived promptly a few days later in a large box with plenty of packaging and everything was intact. I would completely recommend Allergy Cosmos and I now have a subscribe and save account set up for future purchases. Many thanks for being a great company!

I was disappointed that I purchased a BluAir filter because it was in stock and paid with 3 months bnpl only to then be told it was out of stock . It’s not easy to back out a Klarna payment so I was stuck and paid for 2 months before it was delivered
