“Would be 5* but on this occasion the website was playing up; it's since been fixed. I had to order by telephone but this was no problem as the order was dealt with in the usual efficient manner. Goods arrived next day as promised. Apart from the (temporary) web glitch I really can't fault the service.”

“Having checked prices on line, for a replacement 400 Series SmokeStop Filter, we again found that AllergyCosmos to be the most competitive. “I was very satisfied with the speed with which I received the product I ordered. On having some doubt as to whether this was suitable for my vacuum cleaner I contacted your company by telephone. The young lady, Natasha, was exceptionally helpful, and solved my problem very quickly. Thank you for such an excellent service.”

“I tried to order on line but the website seemed faulty and was unable to do so. I then attempted to order over the phone but was informed that there was no-one to take my order but would return my call a s a p. This happened the following morning and I missed the call. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't supply details of delivery options and arranged for someone else to call back later. However, in the end, everything went very smoothly and I received my order the next day. Furthermore , I would like to emphasise that I really appreciate the fact that this firm exists to sell such good quality products. Just had the best night's sleep for ages. The ADMS dust mite spray is excellent!”
