“After doing some research i decided which air purifier i needed. Living in central london i wanted one which could deal with the poor air quality and high amount of diesel pollution. i went for the IQ Air Health Pro. having decided which one i wanted i researched the sites and went for Allergy Cosmos. as i hoped for the service was great and delivery when it was supposed to be. this is not always the case”

“Very confused as to which filter to order on line for my IQair filter. I always end up phoning. Last week I needed to order a replacement filter which on the machine is called F1 Premax yet on the website it is not clear which one it is. When I rang up I was told it was the F8 filter so I just ordered it over the phone, which was much easier. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Leonie Grieve”

Hello Ms. Grieves, I am sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the replacement filters for your IQAir air purifier. On the IQAir units, the ‘F1' stands for filter 1, and ‘F2' for filter 2 and ‘F3' stands for filter 3. For the model you have, the F1 (i.e. Filter 1) is an 'IQAir F8 Pre-Filter', in which ‘F8’ stands for the filtration efficiency of that specific filter. Your F2 is called an 'IQAir V5 Cell MG' and your F3 is called an 'IQAir HyperHEPA H13' filter.
