“Unbelievable customer service. Most companies - it seems - these days are rushing around trying to ship as much product as they can with zero customer interaction, and any interaction that takes place being done through automated emails triggered as various actives happen during the purchase and delivery process. Allergy Cosmos took the time to listen to my needs, to discuss at length and try to identify the best product for me and my medical condition. I was in fact shocked by how much time they gave me! Sometimes the cheaper air purifiers really are not up to the job and you just have to bite the bullet and buy a top notch one. It's not necessarily the volume of air that can be moved that's important, but the range of contaminants (particulates and gases) that can be removed.”
