“I bought an iQAir 150 from Allergy Cosmos a couple of years ago. Generally I have been very happy with. It developed a fault recently and when I got in touch with them, they were very responsive and sorted a solution out within a day or two, with zero hassle. I rely on this filter and was so pleased to have the problem fixed. I would definitely buy from them again knowing that they look after their customers like this.”

“Allergen wash: Directions for wash are ......................... confusing. 3. Let water rise half way. add 3/4 of a scoop of allergen wash ............. 4. Add clothing. It is now 2017. 98% of all washing machines are automatics, this is a USA product are the N Americans 25 years behind, still using twin tubs? Sticky label with realistic instructions would be a good idea.”

“Very prompt response to enquiry from the initial enquiry to delivery was 48 hours. Informative and honest sale, quick dispatch. We would have given very good, however post sale communication stopped which was a shame. You do get what you pay for and the machine is fantastic.”

“Fast efficient and seem to be trustworthy and they seem to select quality effective products and even do their research on some of the items. Although very limited in what they sell at the time of writing this review so hopefully they will research and selectively cover more healthy non-toxic products soon.”

“It goes without saying, that Allergy Cosmos is the one stop shop for all your allergy combating products. I simply needed a pre-max filter for the award winning IQ Air Purifier. With free shipping, you usually expect delivery within 2-5working days from any online store. But Allergy Cosmos go that one step further. They take care of you. You literally receive your purchase within 1-2 working days. No other company i know provides this service without extra charges.”

“It's great that they came to my home and helped me to set up the device. It's not complicated to use, but the personal touch plus the particulate reader which enabled me to see the effectiveness, gave me great comfort. We're going to order another IQ Air as a result!”
