“Not enough detail in the report, comments were very generic. The report did not achieve my objective to understand specifically which areas of brickwork need repair so I could provide instructions to the builder. I also had to chase delivery of the report and the invoice more than once.”

“Although it took longer than I wished to have the survey done, the surveyor was great and always accessible to answer any questions I had. I would name him but need to access my phone which has died, for his name. Think it was Peter.”

“It did take about two weeks for the survey to take place, but the turn around time was very fast. They viewed the property on a Tuesday and we had the report by Friday lunchtime. The price point was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had and we were pleased with the quality of the report. I would use again and recommend to my friends/family.”

“A very professional company who provided a very well documented survey accompanied with photographs. We were very pleased with everything from the lady we spoke to on reception to our questions sent over by email which were answered quickly and efficiently, to the gentleman who did a very thorough and excellent survey. We would use them again and highly recommend them.”
