“The structural engineer arrived promptly, was polite and helpful, giving advice beyond what I expected. The full report was then emailed very quickly a day or two later. Very pleased, thanks.”

“We booked an appointment with the structural engineer, it was arranged the following day. He attended punctuality and sent us a report 24 hours later. Excellent service, I would highly recommend Alcott Associates”

Dear Homoayon, I'm sorry that you felt it necessary to write a negative review. The report had been ready for several weeks and we did try to contact you on many occasions to request payment by phone, email and letter. “I was unable to speak directly with the surveyor, which meant that there were a number of emails that went backwards and forwards. However, the queries were answered promptly. It would have been more effective if we could have spoken on the phone as some of the answers were technical. On balance I was very pleased with the work done and will certainly use Allcott again”

“We commissioned a full structural survey from Allcott Associates as part of a recent house purchase. Arranging the survey was simple thanks to their helpful staff despite the short notice that we were given. We were extremely pleased with the content and attention to detail in the report we received. We were very happy and would definitely use them again.”
