“The surveyor was here within a week. He conducted the survey which explained the problems. As the survey pointed out bad workmanship and incorrect use of materials it proved a successful leverage to persuade the builders to correct the problems. Excellent!!”

“They provided an excellent service with an detailed survey report and advice that helped as to negotiate with the seller for the repair costs. The booking and payment systems were very prompt and efficient and the company were very cooperative and helpful to us when we needed to change to the arrangements we had made. The survey report was very comprehensive and highlighted all of the areas requiring attention. “Extremely professional team and very quick turn around time. Very detailed and thorough survey. I did full structural survey which cheaper than other provider and the report was with photos. Because of this surgery I managed to negotiate the price with vendors.”
