“We needed a full level 3 survey done on a house we’re purchasing. Allcott Associates quickly arranged this for us with the estate agent, and delivered a clear, comprehensive report. Our surveyor was very thorough and made it clear in the report whether we needed to address any problems. We had to ask the surveyor questions afterwards, and he was so very helpful. Allcott couldn’t do enough for us, the costs were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them!”

“We required a building survey of a house we were in the process of purchasing. Allcott very quickly arranged with estate agents to gain access to undertake the survey and subsequently issued a clear concise building survey report on time. Would use them again and recommend to others.”

“Very pleased with the service. The survey quote for a level 3 was the most reasonable around and with pictures included that’s a bonus. The survey was carried out earlier than anticipated and emailed over promptly within 3 days, they survey itself was highly detailed. Communication over email was also attentive. Would definitely recommend.”

“I received the Building Survey report yesterday and was able to read it in full last night. I was delighted with the report and the comprehensive focus on the specific areas that I had concerns with A credit to Tim and his work. When I first called Allcott Associates, and having been in the building industry for nearly 40 years myself, I had experienced great difficulty in finding a surveyor who would provide a focused assessment on a 17th century heritage thatched cottage, rather than a standard copy book survey. Allcott Associates provided exactly what I needed. The information was very clear, thorough and reassuring. My solicitor had approx. 70% of the items that required follow up covered but the additional comments were extremely useful and beneficial. The report provided me with the reassurance needed to progress with the purchase.”

Pete, who came across as both knowledgeable and practical in his approach, also made himself readily available to talk through, explain and advise on one or two issues arising which, likewise, was very helpful and reassuring.”

“Looked for RICS valuation survey in Cambridgeshire on Google. Top of the list was these guys. Worked through their website, looked at reviews, decided to give them a go and tried to fill out their online form. Form ask what value the property is - if I knew that I’d not need a valuation survey…Called them to discuss, got a pretty dismissive lady on the phone saying they don’t have a valuation surveyor in Camdbridgeshire. After all that! What a waste of 15 minutes.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that we couldn't help, however as you will see from our website, we are clearly Chartered building surveyors and structural engineers, not valuation surveyors. If you would like to contact us, we would be happy to recommend a firm of valuation surveyors who I am sure will be only too happy to help.
