“Allcott were very fast to reply to my enquiry and arranged a date to conduct the survey as agreed. A full professional report was then provided which was thorough and easy to read. This helped me in understanding the condition of the property I am looking to purchase and understand the works required - which then helped me to renegotiate the price of house purchase to cover the required repairs. Excellent report, excellent customer service. Even when I asked late in the evening regarding the report and potential for extension, my surveyor explained my options. Very pleased with the service provided for a fair fee.”
