“Looked for RICS valuation survey in Cambridgeshire on Google. Top of the list was these guys. Worked through their website, looked at reviews, decided to give them a go and tried to fill out their online form. Form ask what value the property is - if I knew that I’d not need a valuation survey…Called them to discuss, got a pretty dismissive lady on the phone saying they don’t have a valuation surveyor in Camdbridgeshire. After all that! What a waste of 15 minutes.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that we couldn't help, however as you will see from our website, we are clearly Chartered building surveyors and structural engineers, not valuation surveyors. If you would like to contact us, we would be happy to recommend a firm of valuation surveyors who I am sure will be only too happy to help.

“I had a well written & comprehensive Homebuyers Level3 survey carried out by an Allcott Associates surveyor. I took advantage of the promotional offer on this more detailed report & was glad that I had done so! Would highly recommend this professional firm!”
