“Communication could have been more accurate. Was difficult to find out when the goods would arrive. The chat not is a nightmare to get an answer from. How many times can AI come up with a different draft of the same answer.”

“This is an adjustment of my initial review. I have since spoke to the company who have apologised profusely about the delay over the festive period and have advised that they are dealing with all the delays, faith has been restored. My products were delivered well packaged and exactly as described”

“Top quality gear, no complaints at all. The items are of such excellent quality that I don’t intend to shop anywhere else! My only complaint is that delivery time can be quite long in comparison to other outfitters but that aside, really nice stuff”

“The boots purchased were exactly as anticipated and the recovery of the initial situation was very efficient, beating your own estimate of the delivery date. I have scored 4 and not 5 becuase you took my order without having the stock to cover it (a website inadequacy) and whilst you claim that you emailed me to inform me of the delay, I have no record of that email. I would certainly buy from you again.”

“Love my new Ariat rubber boots - so comfortable and look great. However service was slow - ordered on the free 2-5 day postage and they arrived over a week after I ordered them. I even chased them up after 5 days of placing my order as the status on the website still stated ‘order pending’ and I was told that they would be despatched that day.”

“Great website & good customer service. I ordered some ARIAT boots with a 2-5 working day delivery. Day 4 arrived and I had heard nothing about dispatch so I emailed for an update. I received a prompt response about being busy etc etc but was pleased when my boots arrived on day 5 by paid parcel post. So, all good - I just hope that A Farley can upgrade their dispatching process.”
