I had ordered two pairs of gents shoes one pair I have returned so I am waiting to see how my refund will go before I know how good the company is

Reference Order Number #185305. I have not yet received the goods, owing to the numerous shortcomings of DPD ( the delivery company). However, the Customer Service Department at A Farley Country Attire have been extremely helpful and I am expecting delivery of my goods very soon.

We’re so sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your delivery — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. Please be assured that our customer service team were in touch with you on the 20th of June and immediately began an investigation with DPD to resolve the misdelivery. Unfortunately, this process can take up to 6 working days, as we have to follow their official procedure. I was really excited to place my order and was looking forward to receiving it. While the package did arrive on time, it unfortunately had a large tear in the outer packaging that went straight through to the shoebox, leaving the product exposed. The wellies themselves were slightly scuffed, but I was able to wipe them clean and they now look as good as new. I did reach out via email regarding the issue but never received a response. This lack of communication has made me hesitant to place another order.

Meyer trouser good, internal pocket zip fastener came off first go. I don't like it anyway so no problem for me but you might like to be aware

A first time customer at A Farley. It can always leave us a bit anxious. Especially when facing great pricing, is it too good to be true etc. ? After speaking with Emmie @ Customer Service who did a fantastic job of helping me & answering all my questions. My new Yeti Ranchero bag was on its way & quickly followed up with a Yeti packing cube. 2 superb items from Yeti. First Class service & i’m a very happy customer - Highly Recommended - Thank You Again Emmie 👌🏻

Started out well - made my selection and placed my order on 10 May. Farley called to say the item wasn't in stock. Called the following day with my amended order. Waited and waited. Contacted Farley's who there had been a supply chain problem. Given a delivery update. 24/48 hours. Still nothing. Contacted customer services. 2 days later informed me that the item was out of stock and stock would not be replaced. Changed the order for a pair of shorts. The price difference was paid immediately. Brilliant. Shorts arrived the following day. In a choice of two colours - yep - sent the colour I didn't choose. Really can't be bothered to faff around with an exchange. On a lighter note - Livvy on Customer Services was brilliant to deal with. Overall shopping experience - not great.

Yeti Trailhead Chair - Seriously comfort chair. Missus wasn't to happy about me buying a chair for this price, guess what, can't get her out of it. You will always get what you pay for. Premium quality. I've read some silly reviews about this chair and people saying you can get other branded chairs for a fraction. Of course you can but not built with the same quality. The other thing is this. The cup holder. Some people moaning it's flimsy, what I dont think they understand it's the practicality of the design so that it packs away into the double strapped rucksack style carry bag. A solid cup holder wouldnt work. Bottom line, love it. If you can afford it, get it. Much love

After buying a pair of trousers for my husband, the communication was perfect till they arrived. Unfortunately that was the end as the trousers were all crammed and not folded properly. They needed some ironing first. Having spent that much money as they are not cheap, I expect better service as packaging is most important presentable process. I was disappointed as I have been a good customer.

Customer service is Poor. Items ordered were out of stock but I wasn’t informed until 4 days after placing the order. They said they emailed but they hadn’t. Cancelled out of stock item and ordered from another website and received next day. Had to wait a further 4 days for the remainder of my order from A Farley. And the ‘out of stock’ boots are still showing online as available!
