“Hard to write a review,,,.very disappointed with my purchase but probably my own fault. Delivery very delayed as my choice was sold out but didn't hear this straight away. It took a long time to finally receive the puppy gift, puppy now needs a larger item. On line shopping isn't slways as expected,but again my fault.”

“The jeans were not the colour shown on the picture. The delivery of the jeans was after the latest delivery time / date specified. Otherwise fine.”

“I made an enquiry to A Farley and received a very timely response from Livvy who was extremely helpful. I had a couple of questions that required some attention. The enquiries were handled very quickly and efficiently over email that enabled me to place my order without very shortly after raising my initial queries.”

“The belt I originally ordered turned out to be out of stock, I received an email showing alternatives. Instead of going back and forth between emails, Freya kindly took it upon herself to call me to discuss my purchase and needs. This was a much easier customer approach rather than awaiting a response via email. She then made sure it was shipped the day I purchased, receiving it a day after purchase ensuring it was here on time as it was a birthday present!”
