“Delivery was quick but the returns service is not good. No automation as described, return sat in pending for 2 days, plus you get charged nearly £9.00 to return.”

“Highly delighted with my recent purchase of Barker Shoes.The shoes were out of stock at both Farley and Barkers but I was kept informed of the situation along the way. My one disappointment was with the delivery by DPD who left it at a pick up point over three miles from my home.”

“I was so excited about my order from you, but I have been so disappointed from start to finish and £200 out of pocket for a coat I never received. Order came, took over a week, I ordered a fleece and a fillet arrived, no shoes as they were on back order, no coat but they are adamant is was sent, no delivery note or how I can return, 2 phone calls and several emails I have been refunded for the gillet and shoes, but I am without a barbour coat that I ordered for my daughters birthday, and no £200 refund. Absolutely gutted, will never order again”

“Great product selection however please bear in mind if you are ordering and require the items within a certain time frame. In my experience, my items were 2 days late and when I chased the company I was informed that my delivery had been already been shipped, when it clearly hadn’t as clearly indicated by the emails that followed and the date on the shipping label . I always ensure to support smaller businesses but after the lack of integrity I feel reluctant to order from them again in the future.”
