“Following an order placed I did, unfortunately have to wait several weeks for it to arrive due to a delay with the manufacturer. However, when I emailed Farley Country Attire, I got a very polite, apologetic response very quickly explaining the issue and was also offered a discount because of this. Customer service is so important and I was really happy with what I received. As soon as the order came in, it was dispatched by express courier and arrived safely”

“I have purchased Meyer trousers for many years and their style and quality never varies. A Farley always has a good selection and the orders are always despatched promptly. If there is a problem with delivery, A Varley will communicate this to you. Excellent service is provided by this company.”

“The product was as expected and is great. It took 5/6 working days to dispatch which nowadays is quite long just to dispatch. Item came the next day after dispatch so I don’t see why it took so long when the item was in stock.”

“Not yet arrived.it took several months from the order. i paid on 18 january,and at the end of august not yet arrived. more i have to pay 37 € for custom. never try again.”

“Do not be fooled by this shop, it is not geared up for internet sales, so far, I ordered in stock items off the site, all of a sudden there was a lead time of 7-10 days on the stock (once they had my money). The goods arrived in parts. I had to pay for my return which was child-sized items. which took a week to acknowledge receipt even though the courier delivered the next day. Now they say if I am lucky I will get a refund in 14 days (if they are not too busy). I will never shop here again unless I want a laugh! They are not prepared for e-commerce and the way people shop today. I would say their shop is probably excellent in person.”

“Bought a pair of shoes. Included with the order was an offer of a free pair of cedarwood shoe trees (£35...as advertised on website - and which were itemised on my order summary). Shoe trees did not arrive. On phoning Customer services, I was told that shoetrees were no longer on offer and had been removed from the website. This clearly was not the case (as I write this, the offer is STILL on the website). The agent said that Farleys were now sending out some polish as a substitute. I pointed out that if this was the case, where was my polish as I hadn't received that either! It's not a big deal.. but just think it is a little disingenuous to say the customer is getting something - and then told they are not getting it "after the fact". Without this hiccup, I would have given Farleys 5 stars. Delivery and Staff were very good.”

“Belt is excellent, and good value for money. Postage and packing is not cheap however especially as they were VERY Slow to dispatch to the point of having to send an email to chase up order. They never did respond to my email but interestingly the dispatch confirmation popped up same day.”

“First trouser not got delivered or any advice, second order of lovely Barbour shirt delivered very quickly but still no communication on first order??? If delivered soon and as good a shirt would be a five star.”
