“The item I purchased was too small and had to return it. Not their fault. Disappointed to see they recommend DPD for return at your own cost at £7.95. Free returns are standard in most online stores.”

“Nice product. Absolutely dreadful delivery service. DPD driver ('Antonio') couldn't be bothered to deliver it to the house. So, for his convenience not mine, he took it to the local DPD drop off point which, helpfully, was closed over the weekend!”

“ORDER #108885 Hi, I received the order of Le Chameau wellingtons, which was great. A couple of comments though, they came with the free boot bag as detailed on your offer of March 16, but no free socks which were also mentioned in the offer. Also, they came within the usual 3-5 day delivery timeframe which was fine, but the offer stated next working day delivery. Not a huge issue as I wasn't in desperate need (despite my existing wellies having sprung a leak!), but just wanted to let you know that the email offer differed slightly to what was delivered. Many thanks, Geri”
