I ordered some boots back at the end of August. Quite soon afterwards you wrote to me to say that they were out of stock and would take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. At the time you gave me the opportunity to cancel my order which I did asking for a refund. I did not hear anything back so emailed again, in fact, I have emailed 3 times using different addresses, I have tried to call but no one answers. Finally, I contacted my bank and have asked them to get involved . Even this week when you told me the boots would be delivered I emailed again and still no one replied. Now I have a pair of boots I don't want and need to return them to get a refund. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never buy from you again and will not recommend you to anyone I know. Chris Bouttle

I ordered a Barbour jacket and a Pinieros belt. After nearly ten days I had heard nothing, so I sent an email asking for an update. I then get a call saying that the jacket's out of stock, and what would I like to do? Gt the belt sent and go elsewhere, I think.

Buying superb shame about delivery company lied saying tried to deliver never even came to property check cctv then had to go collect myself

The products and services are always good with AFCA. The Barker shoes I purchased were 40% off and in stock but it was disappointing that the sale10 offer was not applied to my order. I contacted AFCA via ‘shop’ to query this but unfortunately didn’t receive a reply.

Faultless service from all of the staff I have dealt with at A Farley Country Attire. However I’m a little disappointed with the Pioneros belt. Had to return it as the first one was much shorter than one already have of the same size. The replacement I received, very quickly I might add. Is much closer to the correct size but unfortunately the quality is not as good.

The product was just what I needed - but was far too long in the leg. I have returned them and requested the smaller leg size otherwise they look 👌 perfect.

You sent me damaged shoes and then made me wait and wait and wait for a refund. Utterly dire customer service.

I was advised my purchase was temporarily out of stock and would I mind waiting. Great communication and thanks for that. Unfortunately I then received a sale circular which showed the item, allegedly out of stock, advertised at a much reduced price. I asked for an explanation but gone none. This I'm afraid is why I have only given you 4/5 *
