Ordered a RM Williams cap and was informed 3 - 5 days delivery. Hadn't arrived after a week so phoned to check to be told it was just about to be dispatched. Quality of item and packaging brilliant but slow delivery compared to other retailers I've used to purchase similar items.

While I am happy with the pricing and prompt delivery by DHL as per my specific request, I am not very Satisfied with the dispatch time,which was about 10 days after my order.Also ,my two emails enquiring about the status of my order were not replied to, which is very disappointing.

Thank you for your review and for kindly placing an order with A Farley. We are pleased to hear you are happy with the pricing of the product and shipping time. Sometimes, dispatch can take a little bit longer than usual, due to on some occasions waiting for the restocking delivery of an item to come in from the manufacturer. On these occasions, when the item is dispatched it is placed on an express delivery service so it is still with the customer within the advised time frame. We can see our customer service supervisor Emmie had also been in touch in response to you emails and apologise if you never received them. On some occasions our email tend to go into peoples junk/spam folder which unfortunately is something we do not have any control over. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Delivery was late. Contradicting information about postal charges. Very poor communication from the delivery firm. Communication with Farley wasn't satisfactory and I had to ask and send emails asking where my delivery was. I doubt I will order again.

The delivery time from order to reseve is too long ( order 10 /03/2023 To 23/06/2023) Whithout any information to the costumer. There is no indication that taxes for export are not incluted.

Having looked into your order we can see there was a few issues with some of the items on your order which you were in contact with our customer service advisor Louisa. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. As advised on our website under shipping, for orders to the EU, you will not be charged any taxes or custom fees at the checkout. Disappointed! Ordered blue/red Dubarry deckshoes. A pair of brown (rum) arrived instead (late)! Emails not answered. Have to pay £7.95 to return. Their return T& states £5.99!

Brought a Tilley hat at last! I've been after one for sometime now but was not going to pay £75! So I saw that A Farley had a sale on with 30% off. Couple of clicks and next day DPD tracked delivery I'm wearing all the time. So pleased with it, comfortable and the airflow design works a treat. "Feels" just right its well made and looks good too. The communication from A Farley was spot on letting me know what was happening with my order. Many thanks to all !

Boots perfect prompt professional service from seller. However, delivery by DPD APPALING,refused to give 1 hour delivery slot. Despite emails and phone calls they said delivery would be between 9am and 10pm which is no good for most customers. I would assume A. Farley paid DPD for an expensive service on the basis and guarantee of an hour delivery slot which didn't happen! DPD response was appalling don't use again! It will affect sales guaranteed!

Barbour ladies slippers - excellent customer service; slight issue raised regarding the price, received a call from A Farley not long after sending an email and spoke to a very helpful lady who immediately corrected the issue much to my satisfaction. Second purchase and cannot fault the goods or quality of the customer service. Many thanks.
