“I had to return my boots and socks as although they were excellent quality, both were far too big for me. I have received a telephone call to say the returned parcel has been received and my account will be credited in the next couple of days. Thank you”

“Thanks for this-delivery was Saturday-all good service. Unfortunately the Catania do not fit at all so I have sent them back It took 20 minutes wait this morning on the phone to be told you have gone paperless-which is why I could not find a returns slip in the delivery.Furthermore the return is at my expense-my fault,I didn’t check. All in all an expensive experience! The `Catania trousers have been sent ‘’signed for’’ today”

“neighborhood. Visit Farley's 3 times a year when I visit my daughter. The staff is always lovely and helpful and I always find a wonderful item to purchase. I brought my friend last time and he managed to spend nearly 4 hundred pounds.🇬🇧🇺🇸🇮🇱😊”
