“Very poor returns proceedure, outdated and at a cost of some £15.00p to return a pair of tight fitting boots so therefore will not be buying from them again.”

“Received my order yesterday. Disappointed that after ordering a week ago that the order was wrong and a different style sent to that ordered. Still have to work out how to return.”

“Very happy with the products, delivery was very poor-order made 11.47am Thursday 19th october, delivery was Monday 30th October. That is not 3-5 working days.”

“Good service although on this occasion delivery was a couple of days longer than I was expecting! I keep my shoe boxes normally, how ever this box had been placed in a transit cover which was much bigger resulting in the actual shoe box being damaged on all corners.”

“The purchase was ok, but I still don't have my order, as DHL told me I wasn't at home. this cannot be, as I am not mobile at the moment and cannot leave the house. I now have to organize somebody to fetch my parcel at the coop in Pickering. I don't think that is very helpful.”

“I am still awaiting confirmation that my package has been shipped. No notifications received that package has been delayed in customs. Seems like there is a black hole in communcation. Very poor customer experience. Unlikely to recommend or purchase again.”

We can confirm your order has been dispatched, and unfortunately, we have been trying to contact you to let you know your order is being held at customs awaiting custom fees to be paid by yourself before the parcel can be released. Unfortunately after speaking to DPD they have advised us there has been a big back log of communication regarding custom fees, and I can see one of our customer service advisors (Phoebe) has kept you informed of this via email. “First time user. It took four weeks for the completion of my order. Found everyone very pleasant but without the information regarding the availability of the required items. Got the impression that sales continued despite the stock being available. Some work required to ensure a smooth running operation.”
