“Ordered 2 pairs of trousers delivery was next working day if ordered by 2pm . This order was placed on the Sunday for delivery on Tuesday. Order did not arrive so I emailed customer service who replied it was a 5 day service. I then phoned and once again was told it was a 5 day service. I then discover only 1 pair of trousers were in stock so they sent 1 pair the other pair were sent 1 week later. I sent customer service a screen shot clearly showing the order was NEXT working day delivery if ordered by 2pm . Never received a reply. Poor customer service.”

“Prices were fair. I had to email to find out where my order was as was dispatched later than expected, and hadn’t received the dpd update email etc. as soon as I emailed, I received some info regarding the despatch and dpd emailed. items arrived as expected and quickly once dispatched. No issues with this company. Would use again.”

“The website kept defaulting to a ladies size 3 for the boots instead of a size 7. I thought I had secured a size 7 but order went through as a 3. That being said I got an immediate and positive response to my problem with a very open and common sense approach to replacement after the Christmas rush. This put my mind at ease . Thank you and I look forward to a quick turnaround on sizes . David Fairweather”

“Brilliant service! I was unable to get any of the three Lincolnshire stockists of Dubarry to order a pair of Dubarry boots in my size. I have had 2 pairs in the last 25 years, so am very much a fan. You fortunately had a pair in my size and they arrived the next day together with a muddy boot bag included in their price. I am delighted with the boots and will definitely recommend your store to any friends. Thank you so much for your service.”
