“I would prefer to write a review once order complete. A week taken before goods despatched only to discover, upon delivery, that wrong sized shoes were in correct sized box. Office were very quick to send QR code collection note but now waiting for correct sized shoes. I look forward to buying again and trust this was an isolated incidence. Thank you.”

“Good choices and competitive pricing , but last two orders have taken a long time to arrive , one cancelled because I was going away . last order was being restocked but did not receive an email telling me this .”

“The shoes were exactly as expected but too large. You advertise free delivery and return but fail to say that if they are returned you have to pay for both delivery and return. A slight misleading methinks.”

“Item did not arrive no fault of the seller but is probably due to Royal Mail contact with company has been good but I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund for an expensive item. Unfortunately I’ve had to purchase elsewhere well this gets sorted as it was for a gift. I’m looking to contact company again this week to resolve this problem.”

“Visited the store in Kelso for the first time by chance. I had spent the previous day in Edinburgh looking for a pair of green ladies cords, none were quite right. In A Farley I bought a perfect pair of Khaki Cords and a pair of green velveteen trousers. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful in terms of sizing and advice about the correct length. Will definitely be coming back.”
