Products eventually arrived but only after chasing three times for an update. It was not clear at the point of purchase that a particular items wasn’t in stock and that the entire order would be delayed until it arrived. Only after calling did they offer to send out two separate shipments.

We have had a look into your order and can see DPD have tried to deliver on 3 occasions and unfortunately you were not in to accept the delivery. For this reason, DPD returned your order to us, and our customer service team leader Emmie was in contact with you to advise you of this. I can not fault the efficiency of A Farley they have always been helpful and send purchased items to their courier in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, as they use DPD Local, these couriers NEVER get the items to me on time, especially if the delivery is to be at approximately 4pm onwards. After purchasing something 6 days ago I am STILL awaiting DPD to deliver. Absolute incompetence.

My shipment was delayed over a week, when chasing it up I always got a good customer service. Unfortunately my Ariat boots should have come with a free water bottle but mine didn’t but I think this is because it came direct from the supplier or could be in the post from A Farley country attire.

Was waiting on the wellies for 12 days was told 3-5 days I needed them for unexpected work but they were late arriving so job done before they arrived The app that you use is called SHOP absolute rubbish just tries to sell you things never did find parcel tracking so have deleted thecapp

They were slow to despatch the Meyers trousers, taking well over a week for them to arrive, and I was disappointed that the trousers were poorly packed, just in a plastic bag, and so they arrived creased. The colour of them was also darker than I anticipated from the photos online, but they included no instructions on how to return items.

Delivery to long this day and age it can be next day delivery if I was ordering items for my holidays I wouldn't receive them until I got back

All went well until the delivery company, DPD, left the package at the wrong address. I am accused of giving the wrong address but that is nonsense. I eventually tracked the package down and without the help of Farley or DPD recovered it. Whilst the staff at farley were polite and courteous they did nothing to find the parcel.
