“Purchased a pair of DUBARRY Mariner shoes. Like the Gortex membrane keeping feet dry for boating use. Have already another pair in different colour and these feel comfortable from the start like my existing shoes.”

“Generally very pleased with my purchase however there was a delay which appears to have been due to the warehouse. I received confirmation of my order which started that the goods were to be sent " express delivery, 48 hrs". Then it all went quiet and I was confused as to whether the parcel was in its way or not. I rang in day 5 and your staff were amazing, looked into the order and rang me to say it would be in its way via next day delivery. Just wonder what went wrong in the first instance.”

“This product took too long to be delivered and when I chased up the order they told me it was out of stock delivery (so would be sent when it’s back in stock). I was not made aware of this eitehr when buying or after I bought the product. Very disappointed but customer service responded quickly to my email so that was a positive.”
