Sadly we never received them. We had to email a couple of times to find out where they were. We got a refund in the end and had to buy them somewhere else.

A Farley country attire is one of my favourite online shops, I’ve just purchased a pair of ARIAT western boots and they are amazing, delivery was super quick so thank you A Farley I will be back soon

I had problem getting the size of my order but eventually you found some and although despatch was rather slow the order arrived when predicted.

A farley were very slow to dispatch my order as it took 8 working days. Throughout the time waiting for the order to dispatch I emailed customer service three times asking when it would be sent to me, I received the same answer each time “it is due to be with you in two days” the first two times this was not true and it did not arrive, then the after the third email they sneakily sent out my order on next day delivery to attempt to get it to me on time - which it didn’t. Ended up ordering the product from somewhere else so I would receive it in time and returned my A Farley order.

I ordered on 30th May and still have not received my order as of today 13th May. They are now saying 17th May! Just terrible customer support! There are other country clothing retailers who will get things to you alot quicker. They also list things as in stock on the website then when you order it they need to order it in! Really Not great at all!!

We have had a look into your order and can see your order was dispatched to be with you within the time frame, minus a couple of items that unfortunately we are awaiting our restocking delivery. We have tracked the order and can see on this occasion DPD have dispatched the order to the wrong depot in Scotland, which caused a slight delay in receiving your order. However, DPD have since managed to relocate the order meaning it is due to arrive with you today, the 13th June, as opposed to the 17th June. We do understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely time frame and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. The Barker shoes I ordered arrived in perfect condition, and actually faster than I expected. The ordering process was easy and quick and every payment option available seems to be accepted. There were updates for my order at every step. A very pleasant experience overall.

Took 11 days to delivery, As for the make and product and style of boot I find satisfactory for the price. I ordered a 10.5 being a 10 to allow for sock and they had a tighter stitch over the bridge of the left foot compared to the right. See how it goes over the next few weeks to break them in and allow for a few millimetres of stretch. But anyways, that's the boot and not the service. Seems to be a confusion with DPD on the delivery, one email they said one thing and the next another. Regards J

Ordered the Harkila Deer Stalker Binocular Strap, fantastic product from Harkila, ordered from next day delivery with DPD, sadly DPD failed to uphold their end. And delivered a day late. Above and beyond customer service from Phoebe at A Farley, very happy customer will be back, and highly recommend A Farley Country Attire.

I placed the order on the 1st June have had a message from DPD saying there is a delay but still not received my order - DPD informed me of a delay and the item was successfully delivered yesterday. Sadly it is not suitable but the very nice lady at A Farley has kindly sent me a ppl for my return. Regards, Mrs J Hanney

You get what you see and order, delivered to your door, on time, no fuss just a decent service, the extensive range of items, with a fit advise, along with a chart, takes out the guess work, if in doubt phone through for more advise, a bit special this company

Products eventually arrived but only after chasing three times for an update. It was not clear at the point of purchase that a particular items wasn’t in stock and that the entire order would be delayed until it arrived. Only after calling did they offer to send out two separate shipments.
