“Very happy with my purchase of Le Chameau Ladies Wellies, which came with a free boot bag. Good communication with the company who called when the item ordered was out of stock and replaced with similar boot at no extra cost. Exception service, very much appreciated.”

“Parcel arrived from DPD ripped open with the chinos unprotected inside. As a result they are marked. Separate complaint submitted to DPD. Still waiting for call back and separate reply from A Farley Attire. Very disappointed. First time I have had this experience. Highly recommend that A Farley adopt same practice as competitors and pack goods in a protective inte4nal bag, or box. Not sure if I'll buy again from A Farley Attire.”

Thank you for your review and for kindly placing an order with A Farley. We received your email over the weekend, unfortunately our head office is closed over the weekend. However, we can see our customer service team leader Emmie has been in contact with you today and arranged for a replacement to be sent and also a pre-paid returns label to be issued to return the marked pair to us. “Have only given a 4 star review as your service was very good but let down by DPD as I chose next day and then took 3 days to receive my order. Loads of messages from them and even had a text at 9.50 at night saying they had tried to deliver when I had been sitting in my lounge so there was no delivery. Eventually arrived on the Wednesday afternoon. Very pleased with my order was perfect for my jacket and the colour matched .”

“Meyer jeans always fit me very well and so I was keen to find an outlet that I could rely on. Farley Country Attire were excellent, with a good website and a great selection. Also, the delivery was very fast. I am very pleased with the whole service.”

“Customer service was poor I ordered on the fact they said 2 -5 days delivery I finally got my boots 10 days later meaning my daughter missed shooting at university as she had no boots.i rang them 3 times and everything was unable to give me a delivery date very disappointing”

“My order was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer and the DPD driver threw my parcel out of his window 200yards from my house. He posted a ‘black’ photo to prove safe delivery, but a neighbour saw the parcel and hand-delivered it to me. Not happy with either event. Farley processed my refund efficiently.”
