“I purchased a pair of boots and a few days later was contacted by customer service who informed me that they were not in stock but they could get them from the warehouse. This could take 2-4 weeks in total and I was kindly offered a refund. I waited for the boots and they are fabulous and great customer service by the team to keep me updated and a gesture of goodwill to. Would recommend in future”

“Very disappointed with the boots and the company as they appear to be seconds with faulty stitching. Despite me contacting A Farley they will not provide me with a free postage returns label of which they should. Won’t be buying from this company again Janet”

“Been shopping for years with a farley , I'll be shopping for years more , my wardrobe is full of stuff from here , clothes and shoes , won't be long before I'm ordering something again , I love it , the only problem is these days delivery drivers just dump parcels on your doorstep, I've been lucky up to now”

“First time I have purchased from company, competitive prices but delivery not as stated. Express delivery 2 to 5 working days, 'you will receive an update upon dispatch. No update after 5 working days so contacted customer service to be told item had just been dispatched ... arrived next day (working day 6). Not a big issue on this occasion but if your dispatch cannot meet your own expectations then let your customers know. Not a delivery issue a dispatch issue ... which is not reflected in options below.”
