“Farley country Atire were reasonably quick with sending the item I bought. unfortunately the item did not fit and they did not send the return form for ease of return. I also have to pay for the returns. So if your trying before buying think before you buy as returning seems a plava with a cost incurred.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the item didn’t fit and that the returns process wasn’t as convenient as you’d hoped. We do charge for returns as we use DPD—one of the best couriers in the UK—who offer excellent tracking and the highest level of insurance for your items on their way back to us, giving you peace of mind. In regard to the returns form, it is available to download from our website via our returns portal. “Good product. Customer service was good but very vague. Never got a proper answer. And delivery was absolutely shocking. 2 to 5 days delivery is hopeful at best. Took nearly 10 days for my goods to arrive”

“Efficient on line ordering system, with confirmation email. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the 'radio silence' for over a week after placing my order. I had to phone to see what was going on. Would be better to email customers to let them know what was going on.”

“I purchased a polo shirt and had to pay £4:50 shipping. I don’t object to the cost of shipping but for so much and as it was with DPD I expect it next day not having wait 7 business days. I needed the shirt so phoned up and asked to pay more to expedite the delivered and was told this wasn’t a service offered once the order had been made but they would try and get it through as a priority (I’m sure someone tried but it never happened). Generally good service but deliveries need a little attention to bring them upto what other companies offer”

“Shocking service if I could give one star I would. Would never recommend this company. Brought yeti cooler took 9 days to arrive when website said next day delivery Sent completely the wrong item chased and returned order after numerous ignored emails. Ordered to use for event 20 days after purchasing so plenty of time to receive and do not have the item for event. After chasing again, refund issued. Fully understand mistakes happen and I allowed time to be rectified but the complete lack of communication when they have nearly £400 of my money is not acceptable.”

“I bought a pair of deck shoes after reviewing the order a day later I realised I had ordered the wrong size called customer service and the size was changed for me very polite and efficient could not have been bettered”
