“On delivery the shirt I bought was screwed up in a ball as if in a rubbish bag ,not folded just bunged in with no care also no paperwork . Pretty disappointing really 🤔”

“Excellent service as always, I made an order and the item was out of stock. I had a lovely phone call from a member of staff to advise me and said it would be back in stock within 4/5 days etc, item was then shipped as soon as it arrived and was delivered promptly by DPD. Thanks again :)”

“Not the greatest customer service and not the best "next day" delivery from DHL (it took 5 days and was supposed to be Royal Mail,,, as discussed with the customer service department). Overall not too bad. Good selection of products and at a relatively cheap price.”
