“I recently purchased an expensive Dubarry coat, the online service was excellent except I could not pay on credit card, after contacting the credit card company it seems A farley system did not have the latest secruity updates ( only CC opion on that), however I still purchased the cost, it arrived when they said it would but given the price I would have expected the coat to be in a box not just a plastic bag. That was disappointing”

“Well informed when the stock was not available. My parcel was nicely packed and delivered within the time after the stock was sourced. The wellington are perfect and can’t wait to wear them. They are of good quality.”

“Bought a Harkila gtx jacket, which I am now extremely pleased with. Warm, totally waterproof but lighter and more breathable than the Harkila endure jacket it’s replacing. It initially turned out to be out of stock, For me Farley’s website didn’t make this as clear as they could have when ordering. When it did arrive about a week later I’d ordered a size larger than I needed; I should have gone with my actual chest size, allowances for typical shirt and gilet are already built in. Returns process was relatively painless other than having to re-order rather than exchange. Being out of pocket for an extra £500 whilst waiting for the refund to arrive was not part of my plan. Saving grace was the polite efficient service you get from everyone you speak to in customer service.”

“Good, responsive customer service. My order was delayed by a couple of months due to the manufacturer, and I was kept fully informed and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait. Due to the delay I was given a discount and overnight delivery without even asking. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.”

“Very prompt customer service when I had a query. The boots arrived and were fabulous, really comfortable from the start. I'm a size 7 (41) and wider than normal foot, no discomfort or problems at all. They are my new go to boots for just about any occasion.”

“While I'm really pleased with my Ariat boots, I thought the time taken to despatch them was too slow - most of us are used to having online products despatched the same or next day not almost a week later... The other issue was the use of DPD as the courier as, for some reason, they always deliver our goods to the village store not to our address and we never get a notification to say they've been delivered, albeit to the wrong place...”

“A defect with the product was not dealt with in a particularly professional manner. After exchanging the product I received one with exactly the same defect and no reply to my email just a returns label - need to work on customer service!”

“Meyer the Brand speaks for itself. Utterly reliable and good quality ...if quite expensive. However, we felt the delivery was quite slow owing to the fact that it came from inside the UK!”
