“It took longer than expected to receive my order. The details said 4 to 7 days, fair enough. But when I enquired as to the status of my order I was politely told not to worry, it would be with me by the 7th day, which it duly was. My point is, if you have no intention of dispatching until 5 or 6 days after order don’t state 4 to 7 days. Be honest and say it’ll be 7 days then if it arrives earlier it’s a bonus!”

“This rucksack styler cooler is awesome for picnics. Enough space easily for 2 people and you can add water bottle holders so you can take everything you need. The rucksack is comfortable to wear so you can have a little wander and find a nice quiet place for a picnic. Can’t recommend it enough”

“Really pleased with the quality but the sizes are somewat misleading, my waste size is 38inches which usually means I take a 44inch belt, the one you supplied measures 51inches”

“Delivery timelines are a fantasy. Information provided consistently incorrect/lies. Despite ordering with plenty of time to spare, the item did not arrive in time for a trip. Customer service team lied about delivery times. Very disappointing service. Would not recommend.”
