Reliable, comfortable. Built for walking. Understated and classic! One of the very few country boots that don't require breaking in. No blisters even on a brisk walk outside for the first time!

I ordered a pair of Ariat Savannah ladies boots. I was extremely pleased with the prompt and professional handling of my order and I am very happy with the boots This was the first time I have shopped with Farleys and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Bought a pair of waterproof boots and a wax jacket from A. Farley service delivery and prices very good, wished I'd gotten the Jacket in the next size down but a couple of jumpers under it will be ok. Thank you

I want to give this company a good rating, whilst the expected delivery time had just expired A.Farley particularly the online sales team went way beyond what I expected to try and help. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Beautiful shirt. Unfortunately the sizing doesn’t seem accurate, you’d need the arms of the Hulk to fill the sleeves. Excellent service though.

La livraison ne correspond pas à la commande. Je commande 44,5 et Les chaussures sont de pointure 42 livrées dans une boîte 44,5 . J ai payé 17euros de frais de taxes pour ça ??? J espère être vite dédommagé et recevoir la bonne pointure dans la bonne boîte . Isnt it? Kindly regards

Very helpful staff and competitive price. Will be my first choice for Harkila and Seeland clothing. The order countdown a bit frustrating - says order within the next 45mins (and counts down) for dispatch today. I ordered and it wasn’t dispatched!

I have shopped, online, with A Farley Country Attire on two separate occasions. Unfortunately their website allows you to buy items that they do not hold as stock. This means delivery is delayed by a week or two (or in the case of my second purchase, two and a half months!). Updates on purchases are patchy, I had to chase items repeatedly by telephone because their sending and receipt of emails is also patchy. ‘Have you checked your junk folder’ being a regular quote! I had to return my second purchase, it costs just under £10 to do so via DPD (a separate purchase through A Farley’s website) which went smoothly - 2 days to return with confirmation of delivery by email from DPD (Oh, my email DOES work then!). Then ……Silence…. The website says ‘please allow 14 working days for refunds’. Again I had to chase this and have just been refunded, after 14 days. The one real positive is that when contacting the company by phone, they are invariably polite and pleasant and seem to genuinely want to help (even if they do use the ‘I’m sorry we haven’t received your email’ excuse a lot!). In summary then, this seems to be an old fashioned company with service that harks back to the 1950’s, do not expect modern, internet ‘speed shopping’ or new fangled email communication. If you are OK with waiting, give them a go. I will have to think very carefully before I make another purchase though.

I was sent the wrong size and was asked to take the parcel back to DPD, an hours long trip. Persuaded Farley to pick up parcel. Sorry attitude to customer service.

We are very sorry we do not offer DPD collections only DPD drop off shops, however your local drop off shop was advised as this was only 1 mile away. We understand after speaking to you, this was not the easiest route and on this occasion we were happy to arrange a collection for you with with DPD. Order still not received. Was told it would be delivered between 5 to 7 days. Then when I asked where order was. They said it was out of stock. Now item says delivered. But as on cheaking the order is now on way back to u.

Thank you for your review. We can see our customer service team has been in contact in regards to your order. Having looked into your order we can see you were advised there would be a slight delay as we were awaiting a restocking delivery. As soon as the restocking delivery arrived your order was dispatched on an express next working day delivery, but for some reason DPD then returned the parcel to us, and it arrived back in the building today. As advised by our customer service advisor Emmie, your order was sent straight back out on a next working day delivery service to be with you tomorrow.
