“The score would be higher, but I received my gilet and it developed a fault. over the weekend after receipt. I sent the gilet back paying for its return. not cheap nowadays. I waited for an update but nothing came so I found myself chasing the gilet. It has been returned to the manufacturer whom I was assured were very quick at decision-making. But here we are at the end of the second week and no return and no contact.”

“I firstly apologise for writing a review earlier today advising that the item of clothing in question had not arrived after a period of one week. I have now located the item (a pair of jeans) which were moved by a neighbor in the interest of safety until I was seen to be at home. He then had a weekend away himself. I sincerely apologise for any incoveniece caused and assure you I will be purchasing from A Farley in the near future. Apologees Derek Ash”

“a great product only drawback was that on the order I asked what the return period is. As the hat is a christmas present , should it not fit well , how soon does it need to be returned? Unfortunately no response as yet from the company.”

“Was very pleased and surprised that my order did really come 'next day' as it was a Saturday. Usually, companies advertise next-day delivery but I only ever take it with a pinch of salt. My order was well-packed and I was extremely pleased with it. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I will be ordering from your store again.”

“I ordered some boots back at the end of August. Quite soon afterwards you wrote to me to say that they were out of stock and would take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. At the time you gave me the opportunity to cancel my order which I did asking for a refund. I did not hear anything back so emailed again, in fact, I have emailed 3 times using different addresses, I have tried to call but no one answers. Finally, I contacted my bank and have asked them to get involved . Even this week when you told me the boots would be delivered I emailed again and still no one replied. Now I have a pair of boots I don't want and need to return them to get a refund. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never buy from you again and will not recommend you to anyone I know. Chris Bouttle”
