Treated myself to a Harkilla Orton coat,the is brilliant folds up into the pocket so great addition to your rucksack order arrived in good time,had a voucher given to me which was nice of them ,so yeah good service happy with coat id recommend harkilla as made well and recommend A Farley.

I ordered a pair of black cowgirl boots which arrived well packaged although a little delayed, but was kept informed of delays.Unfortunately I had to return them as the instep was too narrow for my foot & could not get the boots on, shame as they were beautiful boots & just what I wanted. So if you have slim feet thy will be perfect, but not foe me so they were returned.No return instructions in the box so had to call to get instructions re return & refund, but once again they were helpful on the phone but the return was at my expense.

Wrong size shoes sent in a box stating the right size. No reply to my email yet.

I'm very happy with the service I've received at A Farley. There was a slight mix up at the warehouse on their end that effected my order but Emmie was extremely helpful in providing compensation to reconcile the issue. It's not very often you find a company that truly cares for their customers. Very happy.

The customer service was second to none. When I ordered an out of stock item I was very quickly contacted by Emma to let me know, and offer me the option of cancelling or waiting till back in stock I chose the latter and after a few days got my order by express delivery.... Thankyou

I am pleased with the trousers but delivery was late and when delivered was said handed to H. There is no H here. It was left by an dusbin with no note. I was in but the driver did not knock or ring. Also the money was taken days before despatch.

I am afraid your delivery service is hopeless. Goods bought aand paid for on 18 February still not delvered. I am very disappointed with the whole process.
