Boots are small for size, make sure you go a size up! Also returns over £100 is NOT free o charge as stated on their policy!!

Ordered a Tilley Hat which unfortunately was out of stock at the Manufacturers. Emmie from Customer Services took control of the situation and chased the tracking of the hat from The manufacturer to their warehouse and then sent it out to me. I was informed by email every step of the way and got it safely in the end. I would like to thank Emmie for going beyond the call of duty for her customers. Best Wishes Les Curtis

It took over a month to deliver my shoes. There was some communication but really not enough. I'm not sure why they have an item on there web site when it's not available.

The product I received was really nice, however the box my wellies came in was battered and looked like it had already been used, other than this the product was amazing and it came with a freebie aswell, which was a lovely touch

Good service pity the polish didn’t arrive with the boots ordered as informed when placing the order a free tin of polish was included. Would have been a five star review but for this failing by order checker / quality control.

I purchased a pair of chameau boots for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately they were to big so I needed to return them for a smaller size. I thought that this would be simpler process Return the boots and then once Farley Country Attire had received them they would forward the correct size. Unfortunately this is not what happened. The boots were returned and I now have to wait for my money back in order to replace my order. This has now been 7 working days since the boots were received into Farley and I still do not have my money back I so want to purchase the right size for my husband and this is taking so long

Sent boots back at a cost to myself. No refund for 10 days. Very disappointed Said they are uk size 6 but they are a eu 40 so a uk size 7 Postage was nearly £10 to send back Ridiculous Still not got refund after 6 days

Dubarry comes in EU sizing and Dubarry advise the EU40 is a UK6 and therefore this is what we have dispatched, as per your order confirmation. We are pleased to confirm we have received your return back, and a refund has been issued on the 5th working day from the date we received the return (we advise this can take up to 10 working days). I mainly buy Bruhl products but occasionally now buy others ......but.....too much promotion by daily e mails and use of " captcha" often causes me to cancel orders as it is a pain to use.
