“I recently purchased some Bhrule Jean. Took over weeks to arrive, I ordered a 34 waist but it didn’t fit, j have purchased other Jeans a trousers same size and ok. I returned them to the shop hoping to replace them but no luck. I was told it would take a week or so for a refund so I complained, got it within a couple of days. Bearing in mind I had travelled from Thurcaston to return them there was no allowance for this cost. I like the store and your products but not a good experience this time.”

“I bought a pair of Ariat clog shoes, took two weeks to arrive, They were faulty, I had to print off a returns label, drive to a post office and send them back.. Farley's then sent me another pair, took a while to arrive, had exact same fault so I had to repeat same returns procedure and wait weeks for refund. Sorry won't be shopping with Farley's again.”

“Found ordering very simple to do, arrived in a reasonable time after the courier forgot to pick up the order. Well packaged and lovely boots. Had to ring about the delivery delay but found A.Farley very nice to deal with. They pinpointed where the boots were and after this they arrived as promised.”

“You advertise garments on your website that you do not have in stock and are unlikely to receive in the foreseeable future. This leads to extended delivery delays and extreme customer frustration which results in the customer vowing never to deal with you again. It may be difficult for a small family business but Amazon has set a benchmark for immediate delivery and you have to compete with a reasonable delivery expectation if you are to remain in business. You also need to show any extra costs eg. delivery, VAT at the time of order, so that there are no nasty surprises when the invoice arrives.”

“Very good after-sales support, and a quality product (Trickers Stow boot) at a fair price. Delivery was slower than expected, however (due to them waiting for re-stocking), but once shipped out delivery arrived the next day via DPD. Overall very good service.”
