“Delivery is not great two years in a row I've had issues with items not arriving when they should very disappointing”

“Order made on the 2nd December. Part received in Aberdeen via RoyalMail over the weekend. Unfortunately the main part of the Christmas Present for my wife, a pair of boots were not dispatched as part of the same order. Customer services has no line of sight on the status. We are now on the 15th of December. My wife’s main Christmas present is either still in the warehouse, out of stock, or has been forgotten about but the status is unfortunately unknown. Why dispatch half the order? Why has customer services no line of sight on order status? Something a bit strange on the logistics side of things I am afraid. Management needs to review and see what’s going on here. I’ve paid for goods and received part of the order and will be unlikely be able to find resolution prior to Christmas now. Very unfortunate.”

“Did have an issue with my first delivery, however they sorted out the issue quickly. Found the size I brought was incorrect contacted them and sorted a swap delivery came next day. Return was so easy well recommended thank you”

“Items delivered in poor condition. RM Williams boots were delivered in a damaged box and the shoes have glitter on the soles…they appear to be display shoes. The jumper was delivered with no labels and not in any protective packaging. When you pay premium prices, you expect high quality, which sadly is not the case in the packaging and presentation.”

“Really late with delivery - stated as 2-5 days , took twice that . Missed the intended birthday , so not good at all. When I queried the non delivery by email I received no direct response just an automated delivery notification when shipment did finally occur .”

“This is an adjustment of my initial review. I have since spoke to the company who have apologised profusely about the delay over the festive period and have advised that they are dealing with all the delays, faith has been restored. My products were delivered well packaged and exactly as described”

“I was looking for a pair of Dubarry sailing boots for my son. They didn’t have them in the Dubarry flagship store in London. I couldn’t even get them in the right size on the Dubarry website. But you had them available in every size. The service was swift and you offered a 10% discount into the bargain. What’s not to love!”

“While happywith my purchase (Meyer shorts) I was quite surprised that from the order date it took 10 days to be delivered. While I accept that you stated 5/7 working days delivery I would hope that going forward you can find faster delivery options as in line with most other online companies.. My comments are meant to be helpful for future, not as a complaint. Many Thanks”
