“2 weeks down the line and still haven’t received order, co tagged someone they said would get it out (item clearly had been forgotten about) to then now the been delivered to the wrong address and now they won’t do anything till another 10 days have gone by so I’ve got to wait yet again before anything.”

“A Farley has a very impressive and comprehensive website. However for items ordered their delivery process takes at least a week longer than other similar online retailers. I also find their delivery packaging quite flimsy and given that one of my last items seems to be faulty and arrived without operating instructions i am struggling to find out how to return the item (other retailers seem to provide documentation in the delivery package for potentail returns). So before concluding i need to see how the return process pans out - i am not feeling too confident based on experience to date.”
