“Item did not arrive no fault of the seller but is probably due to Royal Mail contact with company has been good but I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund for an expensive item. Unfortunately I’ve had to purchase elsewhere well this gets sorted as it was for a gift. I’m looking to contact company again this week to resolve this problem.”

“Visited the store in Kelso for the first time by chance. I had spent the previous day in Edinburgh looking for a pair of green ladies cords, none were quite right. In A Farley I bought a perfect pair of Khaki Cords and a pair of green velveteen trousers. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful in terms of sizing and advice about the correct length. Will definitely be coming back.”

“I was browsing the site and saw a beautiful pair of hand painted Barker shoes which were on clearance. To hood an offer to miss. Shoes arrived in their original Barker box, protected in a second box and fit perfectly. Thanks to the team at A Farley for amazing customer service even to their online customers.”
