“I had been waiting a long time for Vessel to have the organiser back in stock and these guys had it in place. I reached out to ensure that they did actually have it in stock and got a very quick response and they sent the item out next day delivery. It arrived super fast and its perfect. “I placed an order on 2nd February with a 2-5 day delivery. It finally arrived on 13th Feb and was returned via DPD within the hour. Its now 27th February and despite numerous emails requesting the outstanding money I still haven't received it. Its over £130.00. If you want your goods on time or your money back within a reasonable time, I strongly suggest you look for alternative purchasing options. The only correspondence I have had is with a Chatbot.”
