“Due to item being out of stock delivery took 18 days !! I was not informed item was out of stock or had any notification from yourselves until I made repeated queries online”

“AVOID if you want your goods to TURN UP IN TIME, ordered on 1st didn’t get boots TILL 19th no email to say what was happening, so rang to be told they did when they clearly didn’t, VERY POOR customer services and company, will never use again, Far better service from other companies and alot quicker P&P unlike A Farley. Wish I read reviews first before ordering”

“I ordered various Dubarry leather polish/ leather protecter items. The colour restorer arrived and gave clearly been opened and used. A replacement was arranged that arrived today and is the wrong colour! Not sure what’s happening at your end ……..”

“The shopping part was easy and straightforward however when the parcel arrived the printed address contained an incorrect postcode which I presume delayed delivery as, again I presume, someone at Royal Mail had handwritten the correct postcode so cannot really answer your delivery question.”

“Awful. I have never received the shoes. I purchased the shoes based on the arrival estimate. Should have arrived last Wednesday (6 days ago). I informed it was for a wedding and time was of the essence. Never received any feedback or answer. Unreliable in my experience and non communicative.”

“Product is very good and very pleased that there is a range of leg length as so many trousers are too long. Delivery was lengthy, when you are spending this amount of money on a small package, one would assume faster delivery.”
