“The boots are beautiful, let’s face it. But for the life of me I couldn’t get them on…I couldn’t get my heel into the boot which considering the boot was 1.5sizes too big for me… how is that even possible? Delivery was super fast from A Farley, but some confusion with the return (website says one thing, returns info in package says another) but it all got sorted. So yeah, back to the drawing board to find some decent boots!”

“Am very disappointed with my online shopping experience with this company. Communications is my issue. I ordered an item on standard delivery. After 5 days of ordering I emailed and was reassured I would receive order by 30 Sept. The 29 Sept came and I still hadn't been advised of dispatch. I phoned and I spoke to a very helpful customer service advisor and after looking into it advised there was a delay in getting my order in stock, she apologised and said should have been advised of the delay. I received my order eventually this Monday 1 Oct of which I am happy. Poor customer service let me down. I did not expect to wait 11 days. And what was more annoying is that no one could be bothered to advise me of a delay.”

“A bit disappointed overall as order to delivery took 11 days. DPD advised delivery on Friday 30th but actually delivered on Monday 3rd and the Meyer Trousers which were excellent quality were too tight around the calf and had to be returned. I wish there was an option for a wider leg trouser as not all men have skinny legs.”

“Very easy to order , shoes fit perfect as they also provide half sizes . Called customer service answered my call quickly and spoke to a very polite helpful person . I’ve used Farley before as the quality is of the highest grade . Would recommend to anyone you won’t be disappointed.”

“Good Website, easy ordering, quality item. I did have to phone because I hadn't received a delivery update and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered my query straight away, they were just waiting for a re-stock on the item and it did still arrive within the given delivery time scale. Would definitely order from A Farley again.”

“I had to phone to make further enquiries about my order. I found the staff very helpful both times I phoned. Such a pleasant change to deal with a person rather than a machine, who was then able to answer questions and sort out the changed order. You kept me well informed about delivery. Definitely worth 5 stars!”

“A genuinely lovely shopping experience where customer service has been well considered. Competitive pricing makes for happy purchasing & a returns label included in the package is so helpful in the event if needing to. That In itself is reassuring. I swear some companies have policies that are engineered to make just that, difficult for the average busy person.
