“No email acknowledgement of order, order very slow to arrive, rang your company who said the order was ready to be dispatched & would be with me in a couple of days (I asked the team member to email me confirming this who said ‘of course’ -no such email arrived). Order then arrived days later. Awful C.service”

“I ordered a golf bag they said they would deliver this on a 3 to 5 working days on there website ,i waited more than 5 days before i had to phone customer services ,the lady was really nice ,she emailed me back to aplogize for the wait and said the warehouse was waiting on order coming in ,i did recieve the bag a couple of days later ,and was promised a good will gesture something regarding gold ,never recieved nothing rarding this ,they asked if I would like money of my next purchase or a good will gesture ,still waiting on it ,very little communication regarding product ,but would still recommend them”

“While looking to purchase a YETI Tundra 45 Heavy Duty Cooler Box, I noted roughly the same prices (£300) in all UK stores (A case of Resale Price Maintenance (RPM) by the OEM?), so it was a welcome to see A. Farley, not only offer 10% discount, but free shipping too. The cooler was delivered in perfect condition and in good time, so what's not to like and I'd happily purchase from them again.”

“Poor company to deal with, ordered some boots on the 28th with a 2-5 day delivery. Contacted this company several times to chase up the order, to be told I haven’t recieved them yet is because they are a small company, second time I was promised delivery within 24hr’s still nothing called again Friday, to be told they will contact the warehouse and call me back. It’s now Monday and still nothing called again boots or call back. This company is absolutely shocking to deal with. waiting for a refund as this has been going on for 10 days now”
