“Great boot comfy first time wearing after having some dewalt boots with the u turn lacing I was impressed but these are really nice and light great for a good days hunting bye bye laces broke my ankle twice two years ago and these really help with walking and don’t slack off during the day just a little twist if needed well impressed”

“This company have excellent customer service and definitely put you first. They sell high quality products at competitive prices. The website is very easy to use and the items dispatched quickly. I have only ever had one faulty item and the service was superb. The staff are very personable and you don’t feel like an object at the end of the phone/email. Everything was dealt with swiftly and professionally. This is why I keep coming back to them and will continue to do so.”

“Shoes arrived quickly but unfortunately we're the wrong size. Returned quickly. Chose different size only to be told not in stock nor any restocking date. Shame they didn't have this on their website. However interactions with their staff either by email or on the phone is great. Couldn't be better.”

“Delivery date not met unsure who was telling the truth. No human contact. Unlikely to use again. I have since received an apology for the delay and would accept that this appears to be a blip in their performance”

“Still waiting for a refund on a cancelled order that I never actually received. I've now received an email confirming that A Farley have refunded my payment. Just checked by bank account and no they haven't and there are no transactions pending. Not sure what is going on with their Customer Service and Accounts Departments.”
