“The shirt that was received okay and I received a credit quickly for the one that was not delivered. Surprisingly the amount that went back to my credit card the same day as agreed in conversatioin the particular amount of £62.10 stands to the credit on my account and can be clearly seen but has not as yet been calulated off my balance which is technically incorrect with my creditcard company .I will leave for a few days and take it up with them . Thanks for the good servive Mel Entwistle Esq.”

“I recently purchased a pair of men’s Ariat waterproof boots which my partner is extremely pleased with.I have to say the Customer Service has been second to none as I had a query on delivery and this was addressed in a most professional way, carry on doing what you are doing giving 100 percent to your customers well done from a very happy customer”

“Placed two orders, one arrived late and second order still has not arrived. Likely to arrive two weeks since order was placed rather than 3-5 days as quoted. Company seems to have issues with suppliers. Kayleigh from the customer service team has been very helpful though, only reason review isn’t 1 star.”
