I purchased two Franco Ponti jumpers and was generally very pleased with the service provided and would certainly order from you again. However, I think there is a marked difference between burgundy colour shown on your website and the one delivered.

This was my first order and whilst the shopping experience online was good, and product quality as expected, a ‘free gift’ was missing from the order which was disappointing. I also wanted to exchange in store but there was some reluctance as it’s outside of the process so I think there could be some room for improvement in customer service to ensure loyalty and trust in the brand.

Great range and great product but I needed the shoes asap and unfortunately next day delivery was not an option. This was not made very clear until the time of checking out. Also helpline hours not as stated on your website

Site easy to use, two items of feedback is that it took around 5/6 days for any postal information to come and some days later I received goods which is much longer than stated on your site. The packaging was open when received and the delivery guy had to guess if the boot bag was indeed pars of the delivery. But great site great products and I will be back.

On the site it states 5 working days which can be longer. On all of my individual orders I get an email with in 24 hours stating my order will be with me tomorrow, it must be some kind of automatic response email, but the item has never come the following day. Maybe this can be reviewed as I was then worried that my item had been lost as it didn’t arrive. Mixed message email, item can a week later correct and with no damage .

I have bought a pair of Barker Wade mens' shoes size 10.5 every spring for around 10 years. The leather is getting stiffer and I suppose my feet are getting softer! They always used to be a pleasure to wear, but now they appear to need breaking in! Let's hope for the best next year.

I am quite pleased with the service and the product quality was very good, however, after paying £249 for a Harris Tweed jacket, I had no confirmation email following my purchase. My husband called requesting confirmation of our purchase, but still no confirmation email nor when my purchase will be delivered. I made a second call to which your customer service advisor apologised and sent the confirmation email twice. I believe it was possibly just an error as she was very helpful and polite on the phone.

Ordered men's jeans.Delivery took 8 days.Unfortunately had to return items as they did not fit.Telephoned three times with a query about the return before the call was answered.I realise that the supplier is a small business but phone calls should be answered much more efficiently.

ORDER #108885 Hi, I received the order of Le Chameau wellingtons, which was great. A couple of comments though, they came with the free boot bag as detailed on your offer of March 16, but no free socks which were also mentioned in the offer. Also, they came within the usual 3-5 day delivery timeframe which was fine, but the offer stated next working day delivery. Not a huge issue as I wasn't in desperate need (despite my existing wellies having sprung a leak!), but just wanted to let you know that the email offer differed slightly to what was delivered. I did not expect to wait over a week for the trousers I ordered, however, they arrived ok and the leg length is now being altered by my seamstress wife.

Ordered a pair of Hatkila boots on 9 March with 5-7 days delivery. I still haven't received them. Possibly not the fault of Farley's who have been helpful and even offered and paid a 10% discount but I would rather receive the goods. It appears their courier DPD have lost them. I would suggest that Farley's seriously consider changing courier. Further to the above it appears that DPD had lost the parcel but Farley's have now called me and are re-arranging my order. It would be fair to say that Farley's have done there best to fulfil their side of the deal and I have therefore upgraded my assessment to Good.

Purchase was straightforward and price was competitive - no real problems. Farley processing my order and getting it despatched seemed quite slow so actual delivery took longer i.e. was within 5 'working days' which was disappointing. Communication was also a bit disappointing and I was only notified of the actual delivery date on the morning the parcel arrived. Overall reasonable service but could be improved.
