“The Barker shoes that you supplied are excellent, but I was a little disappointed with the delivery. The website said 5-7 working days ie Monday to Friday, but add in two weekends and it was the 12th day from the order date that I actually received the shoes”

“Have only given a 4 star review as your service was very good but let down by DPD as I chose next day and then took 3 days to receive my order. Loads of messages from them and even had a text at 9.50 at night saying they had tried to deliver when I had been sitting in my lounge so there was no delivery. Eventually arrived on the Wednesday afternoon. Very pleased with my order was perfect for my jacket and the colour matched .”

“Very helpful staff and competitive price. Will be my first choice for Harkila and Seeland clothing. The order countdown a bit frustrating - says order within the next 45mins (and counts down) for dispatch today. I ordered and it wasn’t dispatched!”

“a great product only drawback was that on the order I asked what the return period is. As the hat is a christmas present , should it not fit well , how soon does it need to be returned? Unfortunately no response as yet from the company.”

“I was advised my purchase was temporarily out of stock and would I mind waiting. Great communication and thanks for that. Unfortunately I then received a sale circular which showed the item, allegedly out of stock, advertised at a much reduced price. I asked for an explanation but gone none. This I'm afraid is why I have only given you 4/5 *”

“The boots are beautiful, let’s face it. But for the life of me I couldn’t get them on…I couldn’t get my heel into the boot which considering the boot was 1.5sizes too big for me… how is that even possible? Delivery was super fast from A Farley, but some confusion with the return (website says one thing, returns info in package says another) but it all got sorted. So yeah, back to the drawing board to find some decent boots!”
